Types of Memberships

Student:

Any student enrolled in a Law Enforcement program

Sustaining:

Any individual or group interested in fostering the aims and objectives of the 
Association.

Minnesota Association of Women Police

Active:

Full-time law enforcement officers with power of arrest who are paid by public 
funds.

Associate:

All retired and part-time officers paid by public funds, and any person who by training, experience, or other professional attainments in law enforcement, including 
persons publicly employed in other areas of law enforcement and persons 
privately employed as security officers.
